Gite-Ancienne Maison de Ferme "Domaine du REFRUS" avec Etang de Pêche au milieu de la propriété en pleine nature. Vos promenades dans la propriété vous conduiront à l'étang privé d’une superficie de 1 ha (carpes, gardons, goujons) où vous apprécierez le calme et la quiétude du lieu.
Ce Gîte 4 pers offre tout le confort nécessaire à un agréable séjour : un salon-salle à manger spacieux, le coin cuisine tout équipé LL,micro-ondes,cuisinière,réfrigérateur,cafetière. L'espace nuit comprend 2 chambres (2 lits de 140/190 et 1 lit de 110/200).
Pour votre bien être le gite dispose du chauffage et de la tv.
Un jardin avec salon de jardin et barbecue vous permettra de passer d'agréables moments pour vos repas de vacances.
Animaux admis en accord avec le propriétaire : 10 € en sus, locations toute l'année.
